AAB Group was delighted to welcome the leadership delegation from AEON Japan, AEON Thailand, AEON Vietnam, as well as Hanwa Tokyo and Hanwa Vietnam during their annual business visit to Vietnam.

Hung Yen, June 2, 2025 — As part of the long-term strategic partnership between Hanwa (Japan) and AAB Group, Mr. Nakagawa – Chairman and CEO of Hanwa Group – paid an official visit to AAB Group’s factories in Hung Yen. He was warmly welcomed and hosted by Mr. Bui To Hung, Chairman of AAB Group, and Mr. Ernest Ong, Managing Director.

The Smart Factory model represents a transformative step in manufacturing operations, integrating digital technologies, real-time data, and automation throughout the production system.

On August 13, 2025, AAB Plastic was honored to welcome representatives from our joint venture partner – Hanwa Group – and our valued customers to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our products and factory.

On July 26, at the announcement ceremony of the “National Reputable Brand 2025 – Golden Products and Services for Consumers”, S Viet AAB Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was honored to receive two prestigious awards:

This year's AAB Group summer retreat was truly hotter than ever, featuring a series of thrilling and high-energy team-building activities!

With the aim of strengthening compliance awareness and ensuring a safe working environment, AAB Group organized its 2026 Workplace Regulations and Occupational Safety Training Program for employees across the organization.

Starting from February 2026, alongside the adjustment of trainee wages, AAB Group has officially introduced a Living Support Fund to assist new employees during their first three months of employment.

Every shift at AAB Plastic, AAB Group – Sustainable Future begins with a respectful bow and a brief pre-shift meeting. It is a moment for everyone to greet one another, take attendance, review work objectives, and reinforce important safety reminders before production begins.

Maintaining a certification is more important than obtaining one.
While achieving certification marks a milestone at a specific point in time, successfully maintaining it through periodic assessments is the true proof of consistency, stability, and long-term commitment.

On the first working day of the Lunar New Year, on behalf of the AAB Group Leadership Team, General Manager Vuong Thien An visited our factories and departments to extend New Year greetings and present lucky red envelopes to representatives of our employees.

At AAB Group, leadership presence goes beyond the meeting room. The Chairman frequently visits factories in person, working alongside teams in production inspections, quality reviews, and listening to real insights from the field.

Safety is always the top priority in factory operations, and occupational safety is regularly trained at AAB Plastic with practical demonstrations to minimize workplace accidents. These efforts help ensure the physical and mental well-being of all employees.

On September 6, AAB Group held a closing party to review production and business activities in August and to honor units and departments with outstanding achievements, with the participation of factory and department managers.

In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), AAB Group organized a flag-raising ceremony and group photos with the national flag across departments.

From July 15–20, AAB Group – Sustainable Future awarded scholarships to 64 students – children of AAB Group employees – who achieved outstanding academic results in the 2024–2025 school year.
